According to the Ministry of Labor UAE, The maximum working hours for an employee will be 8hours per day (48 hours per week ) and 6 hours during Ramadan. If Employees works more than the working hours, then he shall be paid 1.25% of his hourly wages. Still the work circumstances require the employee to work between 9PM to 4AM then he should be paid 1.50% of his hourly wages (which should not exceed 2 hours per day). In addition, if the employee works on Fridays & Holidays then he should get paid by 1.50% of his hourly salary.
